Hi to everybody, I do have Q about replace my muffler with the MBRP MK96116 muffler on my 2007. I will keep cat in place. But I don't want to add drones when towing my 13000 # TH. Anybody have any experience with this muffler ? And second Q is about Quadzilla upgrade program, I do have now XZT and get offer thru the mail about upgrading to Xzillaraider II.

Did anybody did this upgrade and is the worth of money or not ?

I did the upgrade, and to me, it was not really worth the money. It acts just like the old one, which is okay, but I was expecting more, the old one worked great, should have just kept the 80. 00 in my pocket. I went with a muffler delete and kept the cat. Works great, no drone pulling my Raptor 3814SS. It is probably about 13K when loaded, so I would say go for it. Scotty

I have the MBRP MK96116 muffler and am very pleased with it. No drone, and just as you stated, I kept the cat, so although it is louder it is not excessively loud. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

As for the Q, can't help you. The only Quadzilla product I have ever used is their Boost Fooler which seems to work "as advertised", so I'm satisfied.

I have that muffler on my truck also with the cat. It is non directional so one way will be a little bit louder. With it turned around so the exhaust is not forced into the packing you will get a little drone but not bad, you will also get a little cooler egt's with it this way. I dont have the xzillerator but do have the smarty jr. Go for it man you won't be dissapointed.

The new modules are not supposed to have more power or anything.

On the XZT what you really gain is USB updatability and a fresh, new 1 yr warranty. So its not like its a bad deal especially if your module is not in warranty.

On the STD and Race you also gain a rail pressure gauge and a boost gauge in addition to what I added above.

So, while you are not really going to gain performance it was simply a way for our existing customers to get the latest and greatest with added features and a new warranty for a very small amount.

Had I not had an upgrade program, everyone would whine about it.

It is possible to download program thru USB later on which will not alter the timing in case I will do stacking for example with Smarty Jr, which alter timing too ?
