Do you admit when you're wrong?

Nascar and Toyota

You youngsters with all your fancy building toys and such...

Back when I was a kid all we had to play with was sticks and rocks we found around the yard...

Started out with wood block set then Tinkertoys then moved up to Lincoln logs.

Finally got the erector set.

Even had a box of plastic parts that could be built into skyscrapers complete with flooring.

IMHO, the coddled kids of today wouldnt have the slightest idea what to do with an erector set. No imagination.

Besides, if they injured themselves with it, the parents would sue the company for marketing an unsafe toy.

I voted Lego, but I also put in a lot of time with the Construx, still have them all, waiting for the kids to get a little older... .

Heck just a couple years ago I was walking through Target and they had the Lego Space Shuttle Discovery kit on clearance for 15 bucks (before the accident)... Bought it and it is still on my list to build.

Also had a few Robotix to play with too.

Had fun with Capsela kits when I could play with them, at relatives houses mainly... .

I voted Lego also, In fact last month I bought the complete Indiana Jones collection, sat in front of the TV and put them together. Are you supposed to have extra parts left over?

And I have been on both sides of the stepping on a Lego in the middle of the dark drama.
