For all of you who are lamenting the Megacab only being offered in the short bed configuration from the factory,:{ I stumbled across this outfit on accident, although I think I've seen mention of them before on TDR. Don't know a thing about them other than what you see on their web-page, but they've got pictures of some nice looking trucks they've done! The shop's name is Precision bodyline, located in North Salt Lake; 1-801-397-0581; website: Welcome to LongBedMegaCab

Those trucks look nice!

Anybody know where us 2nd Gen guys can get the "quad" cab stretched out to four real doors?

I'd like to try something like that too, but I'm sure I don't have enough stashed away in the cookie jar to cover it. :{ I bet they could do about anything you want. Back when my truck was pretty new, I saw a white 3500 extended cab that had been streatched to put a full-sized set of doors in between the orginal front and back seats. Kind of like a club-Megacab. Looked like it would be great for a road trip, but would probably handle like a bus in a parking lot:-laf It appeared to be nearly as long as the 4-horse RV trailer it was towing!

the mega cab long bed swaps are about 5k to do. . as for turning radius the mega cab long bed turns tighter then a chevy/ gmc crew can long bed there is a chart I thinK on precisions website it might be a pdf . file

they look nicer in person! I pulled up on a silver dualy on the highway here a couple weeks ago. I did a double take when I realized it was a mega cab. truck looked 100% factory stock

Jealous

after seeing all of those pics of the mega cab long beds i am half tempted to trade my truck in for a mega and do it. But i think i will stick with mine for quite some time.
