What do we do about this?
If oil goes up, gas sits still, diesel doubles in price, they come from the same barrel, refineries are not near 100% capacity, there is "funny" stuff happening with futures, prices, what ever.
Who do we B I T C H at to get the message out that we do give a fark about our fuel prices.
This much I do know: Blabbing about it here on TDR or any other forum won't do a lick of good. I've seen 100's of these fuel threads and they are all pointless waste of time/energy/bandwidth/brain cells other then small facts about what's really going on by a few folks that take the time to dig up the numbers and articles.
So, all you smart folks that know/interested in/work for political offices and what not; What can we do? Who do we call? Where do I send letters? who's Prius do I key up? Who's pockets do we fill with money? Who/What do we socially engineer to get our fuel prices back to "Fair"
There is a group of folks that are farking with us diesel users, we need to tactically fark with them back.
Some sort of media attention is REQUIRED.
I suggest starting:
Call/email local news tv stations and news papers. Explain to them what we need. We need answers! REAL answers. We need someone to dig around and find these crooks and expose them.
Can someone with good facts and writing skills come up with a template that we can all follow for when we Call, Write? Email? Kinda like a petition, but more personal.
