Well i just got rid of the drag comp and added the Adrenaline. Seems like it is going to be a nice productMy question is though where are the dyno sheets on the 180RWHP it claims. I havent driven mine yet just got it on last night. Also does anyone know what the difference between the agressive and non agressive programs are and also what is the hp gain of each of the 1-10 stages on the contoller. Anybody else using an Adrenaline?? If so how do you like it??
 
only if they can get rid of the serging issues



I have 2 files here that quad sent me that have no surging at all. The guys with big injectors over on Comp D are saying that the surging is gone with the new tunes that quad sent. He backed the fueling down as he found out that the surging was due to the pump rotor not being able to keep up with the demand.

i don't think it has anything to do with fuel... . mine serges with all tunes,. . in OD at HWY speeds

i just recently dynoed my truck. i made a run with mach 4's, ps62/14 and turned my drag comp off. it made 324 whp. then i made a run with the drag comp on 5x5. it made 505 whp. no math expert here but that makes the drag comp a 181 whp gain. am sure there are many of you out there that have seen this also. not trying to bash on the adrenaline, infact i am wanting to get one as soon as quad has everything figured out and lets us know the full potential of his chip(including the so called phase 3). i just thought i would share this bit of info and see if anyone else has had this experience because it seems like some people are getting really excited on the 180 whp gain from the adrenaline when the drag comp has had this gain for a long time.
 
I have to agree with Graphic Man, the surging is really annoying, and I don't think mine is from draining the pump either, it does it cruising at 35.
 
I also have the surging with the aggressive tunes, thought it was supposed to be fixed with the new updates, ill have to wait and see. I also tried the comp beta tune and it runs pretty good, fuels hard. DD
 
Quad is working on redoing the tunes, but he sent me a demo tune to try & there is no surging, shuddering or anything out of the normal. It is super smooth. He figured out the problem & should be updating the tunes soon.

i have ran the new dyno/race tune and all i can say is this thing absolutely rocks! smooth as silk. from beginning to end. this chip is the real deal, as much as it has been hyped up. thanks Quad for the development, and thanks JKIDD for the great sale and service of the adrenaline.

So what were your #'s???
 
SMoules you are welcome. Mine will be on in a few days. I am going to try a few 0-60 /qtr mile times with the Juice and adrenaline. I will post too.

i have not had a chance to dyno yet. the best way to explain this chip: it is the drag comp with better bottom end and no stoppage of pulling on the top end(rpm's). power wise, it feels just as powerful as the drag comp does in terms of peak hp. just my opinion in the short amount of time i have had with the adrenaline.
 
I bought mine from JKIDD too. Great deal on the adrenaline and its awesome now I just have to get a triple disk instead of the single disk to hold the power. I'm going to upload the dyno program tomorrow and run it to see how it is. Might be talking the wife into a new turbo here soon as I get the new triple disk so I'll be getting ahold of you JKIDD
