OK i give! I just installed a HD leveling kit and bought the Kore recon rear which in theory is the same as the recon kit but without the end links, bumpstops and the fox recon steering stabilizer. I bought the bumpstops and endlinks ala cart but i did not buy the ss as it is quite expensive and I didn't notice that much diff on my 05' when I installed the $500 fox race ss. I didn't have toyos on that truck and I think the toyos make this truck bumpsteer, dive right under braking etc. I have not installed the endlinks yet but will this weekend. I have read a few threads about big thick e rated tires needing a nitrogen ss with 200ish psi. I forgot to mention I installed a cheepie Rancho hoping this would get me by. Didn't help at all:mad: While were discussing this please give me any all tricks tips products ya'll know about to help my alignment. I drive alot as many of us do and this is driving me CRAZY!!! Also does anybody have an opinion about the thuren trackbar or other products that are supposed to help get back to oe driveline/axle geometry. Thanks in advance guys. Did i mention this is driving me CRAZY?Thanks in advance for any/all help!

So, your problem is that this truck has serious bumpsteer, and brake dive with what toyos? I bought my recon system before the end links and SS were part of the kit. I run 35" toyo OC MT with not problems. I did have an alignment done after the kit install to verify that everything was still in spec.

It doesn't sound like you have a problem with an alignment. You might have something loose or not put together correctly. I have almost 66K on the truck with about 40K on my KORE and toyos. The tires have worn perfectly with irregular rotation intervals.

thanks for the response... im still baffled... maybe adjust the camber forward? I did have the alignment done after i installed it... I'll play with it and post my findings.

Get ahold of Don Thuren (Thuren Fab). I'm getting a system spec'd by him and he has a single stabilizer he is adding to my set up that is supposed to address the extra size of the 35's. jm. 02

Could you try and contact your KORE dealer and ask them? Did you purchase it from Kore directly or one of there dealers?

If you didn't compensate the track bar length for the lift height, your front axle is being pulled towards the left (driver) side. You'll notice that the front tire sticks out more on the drivers side than the passenger side. Installing a Thuren track bar on mine corrected that problem and eliminated the exact symptoms you are describing that I was having as well.

I talked to Don Thuren yesterday as i was going into a movie. He was great. I'm ordering a track bar and a fox ss from him. He told me those would cure the bum steer but i needed to adjust my camber angle on the passenger side 1/8 turn forward which he says should eliminate that pulling right issue. I'll post tom when I have time to try that. Thanks again guys

camber? i just ran out to my 07, all hopeful there were more things to adjust and i'm not seeing it. i only see castor adjustments. am i missing something??

to help the topic, the adjustable track bar nearly eliminated my pull to the right. still just a trace but much better.

The track bar will correct the bump steer and diving right under braking, and the SS and proper alignment should take care of pulling right and drifting around on uneven roads. Get it re-aligned by a good shop after the track bar is on there and as Don said add a little caster to the right side. Have them make sure the rear axle is squared up and in alignment too. Quite a few aren't from what I've seen.

Just adjusted the castor forward (toward the motor) on the passenger side 1/8 turn... went don a test drive and then put it a little more forward for a total of 1/4 turn. Seems to be pulling much less. I think there is something to making sure the axle is squared since I heard many of our axles are out of square from the factory. schv... is there a good way for me to tell i. e. pulltape? what numbers should i be looking for? I am still going to install the trackbar and that fox ss but i would like to square up everything. Thanks guys
