I thought Stefan said there would be a mount provided on the underside of the intake tube to install the oil dipstick, so it would be pretty much in the normal path from the engine?

WELL, it's sorta hard to tell just from a pic, so I'll wait until mine shows up - for sure, I don't want to sacrifice the appearance/symmetry of one gadget just to install another, especially since this is at least partly an "appearance" mod - if it comes off looking like the dipstick was just pushed to one side to make it work I'll have to fab something up to make it look decent - but too soon to make a decent judgement on something I don't even have yet! :-laf

Thanks Gary, now I'm going to have to rip this thing off and fabricate a bracket to relocate the dip stick below the arc in the intake tube because the more I think about it I really don't like it where it is at.

You might consider how I ended up doing mine:

Plenty sturdy, used the original stainless bracket supplied by DTT, just modified - looks pretty decent, in my opinion... ;):D

This Style of Intake Manifold will look really nice on a 6. 7 and do away with all the Delete Fabrication and removal in one install. Now all that is required is for Stefan to come out with the version for the 6. 7 and someone to develop the software for the EGR Delete.
Great work and looks good to.
