I just want to say a quick thanks to James Northum in Midlothian texas! He did a transmission rebuild for me using some DTT parts, and I am blown away at how well this transmission feels and drives!! James is as straight a shooter as you can get, and does great work.

Thanks

Corey

You had me checking there, I have lived in most all parts of Texas, driven most every road, and I had NEVER heard of Midlothian!

I was just thinking about this yesterday and wondering if you'd gotten your transmission in yet Corey. I sure can't wait to do something about the slush-o-matic in my '98 but I'm not going to be able to afford it for awhile.

Could you give us a parts break out? I did the full treatment on my 98 65K ago except for new shafts. Is that what you did?

I have a 95 I bought 140K ago and still haven't touched the transmission except for DTT recommended pressure checks and adjustments. I don't tow with it anymore, but at 250K it can't last forever.

The truck really isn't worth spending the full treatment on, but I know the DTT makes a huge difference in performance and fun.
