I recently ordered a DSS for my 03. It arrived yesterday, with the box beat to s@#$. Upon opening and to my surprise, the wrong one was sent, no packing list and the bearing assembly just falling loose in the box. #@$%!(one shake from falling out of the box. ):mad: Is their customer service normally of this caliber or do I just have bad luck.



So I will wait to see when the next one may arrive... :mad:

kevin and chris are both very good people they will make that right I am sure of it just give them a call I have had nothing but great dealings with them they are top notch
 
I am not out to bash, but this is my first dealing with them. If it is made right, I will post that. If not, I will post that too.
 
A little over a year ago I ordered the Recon setup from KLM. When I called them on the phone they seemed pretty unwilling to discuss my needs in regards to my truck. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted so I went ahead and ordered anyway. When I got my boxes there was no packing so the parts were able to bounce around in the boxes causing both to break open (there was also no packing slip). Two nuts and two bolts were missing from the box. I called KLM and told them (can't remember who I talked to) and they said that they would send the new parts but that they weren't responsible for damage incurred during shipping. I wanted to do the install that day so I just went and bought the hardware myself.



Overall, I was not impressed by any means. For the money spent, I expected better service and at the very least, better packing of their product.
 
I have ordered thousands of dollars in susp. parts thousands in lights with no problems that were not solved very quickly. Also they sell other peoples products they are not going to re package nor should they and if ups is rough with your new toys it is not klm's fault.
