I had a friend that had a 97 3500, he unhooked his speedo every time he went on a trip (rodeo guy) and eventually sold it off as a low mileage truck. Not saying that's the case here, but I would be very leery of it.

It is! My 1996 has 240,000+!



The little Liberty sure has been racking up the miles though! Now at 62,000. Bought it last July with 32,000. Glad I got the fuel saver when I did!
