a little facelift for the Megadesertdiesel

just got my 17" KMC Enduro beadlocks with CORR rings and powdercoated them along with my rear bumper and lightbar. still need to recieve my new grille and install the front bumper middle piece, then remove the chrome strip down the side of the truck. but here is half of the finished product.

now i have to order the fiberglass fenders and bedsides. then make a holder for a spare in the bed, then powdercoat all of my shocks and resivoirs, then... . well it never ends.

I like it..... nice color combo. one of a kind is always nice.



It makes a big diff loosing the emblems and the chrome stuff. I painted my door strips/wheels/ grill and bumper then added a powdercoated grill and nightrunner lights.

I like it! Why did you get rid of it? Was there an issue of too much weight? How are you carrying your spare(s) now?

it was a product i was going to produce, but the fab time was more than i was expecting and would have put the price too high to resell. it worked great and gave the rearend a little more weight for a softer ride.



i am working on a new design to carry one spare and hold some other bed necessities. watch Lorenz Ind in a couple of months for some info.
