Possible FCA.... again!!??

Recently my "knocking" noise came back, might have a slight twitch at idle also. When pulling in this heat lately, I can get a very loud rattle/knock out of it when accelerating , or when I down shift, noise will come in when I hit the go pedal. Thoughts please!

I believe it is just too much timing (I see your sig) and the combination of ULSD. Back some of the timing out of your TST and throw some 2 cycle oil in the fuel, I will bet it quiets the rattle.

Already have the TST down to 1/1, EZ is on level 2.

Sounds like you may have one of the early R37 TST's. If that is the case, I have one also, Had to send it in for re-programming. It would sound like an ak47 firing under my hood, step on the fuel, you take off, ease up on the fuel, and rraaaaatttttttllllllleeeee rrrraaaaaatttttlleeeee rrrrrraaaaattttlleee, real loud.



Mark @ TST just upgraded to the 4 new programs, have not had the rattle since. ($106. 00 upgrade. sent me a dummy plug so I could still drive without removing the whole wire harness).

Weren't some of the early ones not able to be reprogrammed? Maybe another expert here will chime in... . hellllloooo!!!!
