Ok, well I have a fully built DTT trans and I wanted to install a TC lockup switch today. So I removed the relay and jumpered the proper connection, and tapped in the orange and black wire on the middle connector.

I flip the switch and nothing happens?? Now I have two DTT boxes on my truck. One is a small black box and one is a small white box. I have no idea what they are and what they do, but I think on or both might be affecting the lockup switch. Any help would be great.

Oh yeah this is a 2001 dodge ram 2500.

Thanks,

Paul

The small white box is the voltage regulator and the black box is a basically a Noise filter to clean the signal from the apps sensor. Leave both of these boxes alone since it DOES NOT interfere with the function of the lock-up switch. Here are a very detailed set of instructions from TST:http://www.tstproducts.com/Torque Converter Lockup Switch.pdf. CHECK all you wiring and connections. Solder don't tap.

Its all good now. The switch worked the entire time and I did not realize it. This TC and trans has a very different feel than compared to my old one.

Thanks for the help,

Paul
