Archived help!!! map sensor plug

I just went to re install the plug onto the map sensor and the clip wont lock. Its the clip on the harness of oem wiring harness. the map sensor will plug into edge harness so its not the map sensor but that harness wont plug it edge harness either. Anyone ever seen this. I cant win #@$%!

TST has adapters from old harness to new Map Sensors.
Is on there web site, I think it is about $15. 00

Just installed a new map sensor $75 three pronger. + shipping

ok, i dont need a map sensor.

the problem i am having is the male plug off the harness of the truck will not click on or lock on with the red clip. the problem is not the map sensor because the male plug of the truck will not click on to the edge harness either. it just slides in and out very easily without ever clicking or locking no matter how much force i put on it.
