Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Air Dog

I just installed my new air dog with a press gauge. I'm getting 13-15psi and everything appears to be well. My only concern is that the truck seems to have to lost a little snap. Could just be much smoother. Also on cold start it smokes like a pig. Any ideas why it would smoke more now and what I can do to remedy it.

Never heard of one smoking more on start up after AirDog install, interesting. Maybe the engine wanted to smoke prior to AirDog but didn't have enough fuel? Just kidding.

Make sure all fittings and filters are tight where air could be introduced into system.

No leaks that I can find, all looks good. Must be in my head.
