;)IF your in California and if you ever have to have a Brake and lamp inspection, the only lights that will pass for certification, are factory lights, just went thru this for a salvage title!

HMMmmmm - that seems odd - if replacement lights are SAE and DOT approved, adjusted and operating within specs for the vehicle, you'd think there would be no problem.

OK, save your original single bulb headlights and retrofit them for the inspection. Or borrow a pair off a buddy's truck. I've heard of worse things than that being retrofitted for a California inspection :)

Well, doubt I'll ever need them, but I still have my OEM head/tail lights... :-laf

Grumpys lights are almost factory... ... ... ..... I did such a killa install.

;) Don't all 94's come with sport lights ;) Mine did

The one thing I highly recommend is doing some reading on Daniel Sterns site. He isn't out to make a living with his info! He offers all the parts to build your own wiring harness (relays) and is very heavy duty. You supply the wire.

Or you can go the route I did, pay to have the harness assembled for you. I went this route because I'm a total knucklehead when it comes to electrical issues. I ended up with a plug and play harness that blows away any of the other wiring harnesses I've seen!

MRoberts I think you made the right call on the wiring harness from Daniel Stern. I have his RIK-RAM kit in front of me and am wishing I would have bought the prewired kit instead. While the parts are high quality by the time you locate the wiring then undertake the tedious task of crimping wiring and inserting numerous spade connectors you will have quite a bit of effort invested in it. Considering it's only $80 more than the RIK-RAM kit it's worth spending it instead of spending hours futzing around building it yourself.

Vaughn,

When I spoke with Stern, I told him about my "electrical skill" and he estimated that it would be a "day long job" for me to build it. My "experiences" told me to double that at a minimum, so that made the extra $ easy to justify!

By the way, I'm MSquare on NWB!

I built my sport light harness with all Dodge parts  It takes a good parts guy to find them but the price is very good although time consuming.
