We were still able to diagnose the problem. I am glad that the problem was found and that it has a relatively cheap and easy fix. Diagnosing issues like this can easily be misinterpreted by those with little knowledge on dual pumps and how their electronics work

THANKS FOR THE HELP, I WILL CALL CUMMINS AND GET ONE HERE FOR TOMORROW FROM SALT LAKE CITY AND RETRY AFTER REPAIRS

changed the fca and retested with smarty on two and mp-8 off it runs around 24000 psi at wot, turn the mp-8 on about 30 percent and iy will go past 27000, when i get some time i will turn the smarty up to level 5 and mp-8 on 50 percent and go beat on it for awhile
