If there is a way to do this I too want to know about it. I'm not happy with my PSC 3 turn box. It wasn't any tighter than the one it replaced. Everything else in my system is fixed/upgraded except for the loose box. The best one I had was new from the dealer but it didn't last too long during my OTR driving days. I have wondered if it was possible to use a gen 3 box but haven't seen anything about it on here.

Go PSC hydro assist like I did and all of your steering problems will be a thing of the past. Lock to lock on dry pavement requires only three fingers. The hydro takes the burden of the gear box and makes the steering super tight.

I thought the Pittman arms on the 3rd gen have the "reverse" cone of our 2nd gen arms. This is only part of the beauty as the drag link will mount to the bottom side of the arm Vs the top like our horrible configuration. Drag links should drag ... not lift pull and drag. This is one key to death wobble and pre mature part failure.

I am guessing that the 3rd gen box will need some gusset style supports under a plate on our "C" channel frame being the 3rds have a box style. I really gotta hop under a 3rd gen and sniff and poke about and see whats going on as this is all speculative to me at the moment.

I didn't look too close, but I believe he was posting a lot more recently on nwbombers forums. I'll shoot an email directly and see if he responds...
