I need to replase my clutch 2005 nv 5600 stock, it started slipping wile pulling my 38 ft toy hauler, which clutch southbend , luk

I put in a Southbend CON OFE, new fly wheel and their clutch hydraulics. I went for the whole package as I do not like doing this job any more than necessary. Works good so far. I do have a lot of clutch rattle when it idles which seems to be a characteristic of this clutch. Give Southbend a call as they are good people.

I did the same as slow six... its (the OFE) is a little noisy, and grabs a little, but it holds well...

SBC can make the OFE with springs to eliminate the noise...

My OFE is only slightly more grabby than my OE. Make sure you replace everything... and upgrade the hydraulics (it makes a big difference).

I replaced mine with a Centerforce (before I knew about Southbend) without a problem with 100k on it.
MAllen1,how's that centerforce clutch holding up?? i had good luck with them in my Super Bee... my truck is due for a clutch @150k, stock truck ,and just trying to decide what kind to purchase. . was thinking about the centerforce DF320539

I had the Centerforce put in at 125k (I didn't need the replacement at that point, but the last vehicle I had a clutch in was a Ford Ranger and that is what I based my experience on) and it has held up just fine with over 260k on it now. I pull about 7000 pounds with from time to time with 285/75's and a 3. 55 gear.
