I have 2 W350 5 spd SRW trucks and want to make one of them into a dual wheel 4 wheel drive. I neighbor has a D350 auto that he may part out and I want to end up with a 4WD dually. The gear ratios are the same but my question is will the front ends align properly? Is the 4WD front end different between the SRW and the Dual rear wheel? Thanks for your input.

Thanks, you are talking about the hubs that the wheel bolts to and not the lockouts right? Does anyone know where I could find a set of those?

You can continue to run the SRW wheels on the front and dual wheels on the rear without having to change the front hubs. I've done this on a 2WD B van chassis. The SRW front stuff is MUCH lighter (less unsprung weight) that the dual stuff as the dual front end uses both the very heavy offset center wheel and a monster cast iron extender for the hub which must weigh near 50 lbs as well.

Yes your correct the hub's that the wheel's bolt too are the only difference you might try a wrecking yard but be ready to pay dearly but I am sure you can find the part's
