My Son has a 1996 12 valve recently the abs and emergency light come on

he replaced the sensors and checked all vacuum lights still on.

Any help is appreciated.

Norm, if you mean the ABS and parking brake lights are on steady now, it may mean that the CAB (Controller, Antilock Brake) is no longer responding. This cold be for any number of reasons, including a bad ground, a flaky connection or three, bad CCD bus (Chrylser network 'intercom' system) or even the CAB could have failed. There should be a readable code in the system that might yield a little more info.
