Unloaded jr. for now. No matter what setting I run the motor runs with a roughness on light throttle. I am not sure if damage is being done. I have tried all 3 settings, plus levels 3 and 4. Is worse when motor is cold. Pulls ok and seems ok at 1700 rpm and above. Am I doing something wrong? 2006

could be a few things wrong there, i would stop driving it until i found the cause

Do you have any codes? Check that first. The jr shouldn't hurt anything. Give us more info milage, maintenance etc. Poor fuel damaging injectors can cause trouble or a bad FCA can cause rough running at lower rpm.

No codes, that is using the Jr. to read. You guys may be right doesn't seem as bad on another 06. Still makes his motor have a roughness he can feel. I see there is a download dated sept. I will try to upgrade my Jr.

Don't have an explanation why,but, I loaded latest update. Set sw 3, performance, tm-3, tq-3. So far feels good, engine vibration same feel as stock.
