drove a shorty crew 4x4 auto today.

felt slow... . but when you have a twin turbo truck with smarty/tst stack two extra gears wont make much difference.

nice and quiet inside, felt a lot bigger to drive i think because of the hood being much taller. i like the new dash, ebrake and how the trans shifted. nice truck but im going to wait some, made me realize how nice my 03 still is with just 76k.

Picked one up on Christmas Eve Almost 500 miles already and couldn't be happier.

When I ordered my 04. 5 I requested from the dealer and called the rail doc manager and was able to drive there and pick it up,. I drove it thru the weekend and took to dealer for prep. I still had to pay all shipping charges.

A couple weeks ago I told my local dealer I wanted to look at one when they came in. He called me on December 30th to tell me one came in and I went and test drove it yesterday. Drove it home last night, awesome truck. I will miss my '05 but there are some real nice upgrades.
