Help with a code Please

I just decided to check engine codes by the key method and found

P2509 ECM/PCM Power Input Signal Intermittent

I've not seen a check engine light and the truck seems to be running like it should,winter fuel and all. The only trouble I've had is a couple no starts due to real cold weather. (block heater is tits up)



Could somebody enlighten me as to what might be going on?

Do a load test on your batteries, check and clean posts and cables, check battery and ecm grounds on the engine block.

I just did that 2 weeks ago. I will test the batteries. Thank you
