I know there have been some issues with the HVAC doors that route the air where you want it to go. My employee's who drive my 06' noticed that it wasn't blowing like it should. The controls work and route the air where you want it to go but when set on the dash setting the vents are not blowing as much as they should.

I wanted to see who else has had a similar problem and what it turned out to be.

I have those same issues, I also have a problem when it is blowing alot cooler out of the vents on the drivers side than the passenger. Gowing to have to to take it apart but am dreading it, and now my fan switch stays on even after truck is off, I have ti turn the fan setting to off. Let me know how you make out with the problem.

RHINO1 so I need to replace my ignition switch? If so wow would never have thought that, do you recall how much the switch was?

Wait, does it blow sufficiently at first, then slow down to a trickle after awhile?

If so, it's likely just the evaporator freezing up. A system recharge may resolve the problem, otherwise there may be a problem with the temperature sensor that monitors the evaporator core (if I recall the old threads correctly).

It looks like I don't have that sensor on my 05, or I can not see it/find it anywhere...
