How much trans fluid

I'am getting a re-man from Jasper and the instructions are for 5 qts of fluid. I recently spoke with people from Blumenthal, who said to use 8 qts of fluid. I have read on TDR to use from 1 to 2 qts over the 5 qts recommended by Dodge. Is their anyone out there that has the answer. Norton.

Thats going to depend on some variables like how much if any Jasper has pre-filled the transmission and or torque converter.

Dry system capacity is 15 qts but that includes the coolers & line too.

I would follow the instructions while also checking the stick as the final measurement.

I think he's talking about a manual trans not an auto but i could be wrong.
