According to TDR issue 67 page 109, the caster spec is 5. 0 for right and 4. 7 for the left to help with road crown. I believe this to be the latest information to help with the right pull known for our 4x4's. My question is, how will this effect the driveline angle and if so is there anything else to be done to make sure all will be ok? I live in Fort Worth, TX and would like information on a front end shop that has performed these settings if anyone knows from experience in this area I would appreciate the feedback.

The effect on driveline angle won't even be enough to be noticed. I set my caster at over 6° and it's fine... and that's with a 3" lift.

Are you concerned about possible driveline vibration by setting that much caster?

It would be helpful if you filled in your signature with your truck specifics. There are several TDR members in the Ft Worth area. Just off the top of my head, here are a few to check: C D Day, Crunch, SHobbs. I don't know if any had a front end alignment done, but a Private Message to them might lead you to a good front end shop.

Appreciate the help and feedback... . I purchased this truck recently with 35k on the clock and the only needed improvement at this time I can see is the front end has a slight pull to the right. Tires appear to be the originals and they look good. I just added the BD steering stablizer bar and all the steering components look good, so I was just wanting all the information I could get on the front end alignment issue to make this right the first time.

If you run more than 5 positive caster you will be fighting the crown of the road more and with lager than stock tires it makes it more pronounced. Ex pulls to right in right lane and pulls left in left lane on an interstate. I've checked a few trucks and my alignment gague shows that stock is around 7-9 positive. I've reset my truck to as close to 4 positive caster as I can get and the pulling is not too bad. The camber is not adjutable unless you install adjustable ball joints on the uppers. I've given these a try only to have them bind really bad. I'd use only Carli or Dynatraxx ball joints as Moog's quality just is not therer and with the extra weight of our engine's they will fail all too soon. Don't forget about your Toe in adjustment should be no more than 1/16 to 1/8 inch measured at the bead of the rim same higth back to front of the axel. Drive line angles will not be an issue for stock to slightly lifted trucks, under 4" lift. hope this helps.
