Was on my local craigslist today and saw a link for Ram trucks with the 6. 7 Cummins. The link put you on this websiteTexas Dodge 6. 7 Cummins Diesel Lawyer | Dodge Class Action Attorney I didn't realize the issues were bad enough for a class action suit. Sorry if this is a re-post.

In my opinion the problems are not worthy of a class action lawsuit.

There are always a few who are unable and unwilling to accept personal responsibility for their own decisions and actions and look to blame someone else and win a lottery by suing somebody.

That link is probably just some opportunist ambulance chaser looking to get rich by signing up a bunch of greedy dummies with promises of big bucks.

IF, and that is a huge IF, that lawfirm ever gets a settlement from Ram for the exaggerated problems, the suckers who signed onto the lawsuit as claimants won't get squat. Only the slick lawyers will get anything.

Remember the scumbag John Edwards, the lowlife lawyer from NC who ran for president? He got rich chasing ambulances filing class action lawsuits.

There's a type of lawyer that specializes in class-action suits. As lead attorney they get most of the settlement as huge fees and a piece of the action. They're always looking for people to add to the suit.

Like others have said, the lawyers will get all the money and the claimants will be lucky to get a check for $100 and by accepting and cashing that check they are signing an agreement that they will not take any other action.

hhhmmm. . Well, lets see..... I made a poor choice in researching my vehicle purchase and I took the technical advise of a salesman on a car lot. I made a poor choice, I'm gonna SUE!!!!.

By that reasoning, guess I should sue my ex-wife for pain and mental anguish. I need to get some money because she was a bad wife!!!!. .

This sounds just like the raging idiots that bought $250K home on a variable rate interest while making $9. 75 per hour!!!.

Well it must be the way of the world . A bunch of people learn and love the engine , A bunch in the middle that don't really care either way ,A bunch didn't like it and just traded in the truck and moved on with something else,Then there is the bunch that believe that if their life isn't perfect and easy, it's time to sue .
If you think there are issues with this engine , you should see the list with a cat c7.
If we need a class action lawsuit should be on the emissions laws that created all this emissions crap . this equipment is the true cause of all the complaints.

That's exactly right! Our ISB6. 7 engines would be extremely impressive performers and still produce excellent fuel economy if not for the government mandated crap Cummins had to comply with.

If anyone wants to file a class action lawsuit against the current administration for wasting air by breathing or the EPA I'll be the first to sign on.
