HeberRam is "BACK"...

I wish I could make even more money with my 6. 7 but its just not the right application. ANyway here is a picture of little 3. 9L maker of cash. WHenever I run it I can bill at least $1000 a day. The trick is getting people to hire me more often!!

OK I'll bite... :) What machine does it power? There are thousands, if not millions, of them in service around the world working in all kinds of adverse conditions.

Its a 50 KW Onan that powers a 25HP electric motor which turns a 20 HP Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump which generates up to 29 inches of vacuum to suck up gasoline and water out of the ground. It has 2500 hours on the motor/genset and about 1000 hours on the LR pump. Serious sucking power. Runs at one speed which is 1750 RPM.

Now I understand the $1K per day billing. I wondered how a generator by itself could create that much of a daily charge. Environmental cleanup and proper disposal is expensive.

Liquid ring pumps are pretty cool. Great for your application, due to no possibility of sparking. They are much more common in Europe than here. We use rotary vane vacuum pumps for pumping our "stuff".
Is the LR pump a German brand?

ok... i have really had to hit the delete button several times on this one... . I had SO MANY comments about needing to rent this piece of equipment. Others about needing it for a training aid for my wife...

but this is a family friendly site and I must refrain... :-laf:-laf

Interesting website. I've never heard of them before, only Gardner Denver and Hercules.
Hope you get a year-long contract, 7 days a week!!
