New nozzles, rough idle and poor fuel economy

I replaced the stock nozzles on my 2003 dodge with the stage I 50 hp nozzles from dynomite diesel. The truck has 243,000 miles on it. It ran well for a few weeks but then it started idling rough and the fuel economy dropped. Some times it runs smoother than others but it just is not right. Could I have damaged a fuel tube or gotten dirt in an injector? Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this would be greatly appreciated.

Retorque the injectors and connector tubes. Seem this gets asked about once a month, that's the only common answer.

243k hmmmm is that the injector miles also? if it is DDP did you an injustice?
