Kore steering retrofit

Has anyone used the Kore MFG. Mopar factory steering Retrofit kit for upgrading steering problems. This is a 08'-11' kit this is pt# 1A5006 w / 1A5002 stabilizer any feedback would help with my purchase... . It's not cheap.

It looks like the same kit that you can get from Dodge only that they replace the factory steering damper with their own. The Dodge kit is a good kit, I'm very pleased how it has held up over the past 90,000 miles I have had it in my 05 truck.

It is the 08 upgrade the same that you can get many other places for less. I got mine from Thuren Fabrication.

I just purchased my kit from moparsupercenter.com. Including Pitman arm and Skyjacker steering stabilizer kit, the total came to $341. 37. Shipping was $60. I would have preferred a Bilstein stabilizer, but I can get one after the fact.

Upgrade is to meet 08-11' steering components. bigger tie rods and thicker pit arm. Better steering stabilizer (bilstein). I just received it I'm having it replaced on Monday. My issue is wandering steering and knocking felt in steering wheel and floor board. Tie rods showed wear 70,000mi.

I paid $654. 00 with bilstein stabilizer... not a good deal.

Just had new kit installed seems a bit better haven't felt knocking but before it didn't happen all the time. Is it somthing else and will the knocking return. One thing it has always drifted to the right on all grades on the road. Alining won't correct problem... . My main concern is that I know my steering components are up graded and reliable.

Intermediate shafts will transmit on certain road surfaces but will get worse as they wear.
