Mom is Passing!

What is this?

Energizer for the critter on the left... ... because he will keep on going... .....

Is that a target on the critter on the right?

:-laf:-laf:-laf:-laf:-laf Thats rich BHM

Trust me he's been called AHOLE several times he has a mind of his own and im having trouble outsmarting him. I can hear the come backs now so if any want to try him on COME GIVE IT A TRY ;)

Hey BIG, How about "BOB"(there's a story on that one) , or "Thundernutz" :)-laf:D:-laf:D),

Just my 2 cents:-laf! Course not knowing its personality? That is a real clue to naming a critter. GregH

You had a mule!!!!!!!!!! this one looks at you just as hard as you look at him. He's got me figured and it's bugging the I TRIED TO BY-PASS THE CUSSING FILTER out of me. He works hard but not to hard. He does enough but just enough to keep the others from not looking at him like a union member (sorry I just had to throw that in) I want him to do more at my discretion not his. I wont unless I need to and the others kind of know that.

BIG

Hey BIG, Yep it sounds like "Jimmie Hoffa" would be appropriate name for a "Union Boss" Mule:-laf. Or "THUG":D! How about "goldbrick"? Course "Thundernutz" is fer wannabe's and dreamers" anyway:-laf:D His dream is about being "at stud" in a pasture full of willing Mares and Mollies:-laf

Ever ask him; "What are you eyeballin' me fer"?:D!

This is really a blast:-laf ROTFALMAO:D:-laf BIG, Yer Toooo Funny!

GregH

BIG, "BOB" was a person I knew. His personality was exactly as you described for your Mule. When the boss was watchin' him he was a model employee. When the boss was busy doing somethin else, he was a goldbrick and a clown!

I told Bob, back in 1973. If I ever have a Mule, I would name him BOB:-laf!

Old Bob would give me a frown and a dirty look and say "I'm gonna jump on you"! I said; "Come on FROGGY":-laf:D:-laf. He never did. He needed that job just as much as I did.

GregH

He's a good worker AT HIS PACE and thats not being a team player. He's fine with watching the others. And only helping if he thinks its days end and food is next on the list. I feed him last because of it. I rope him up first and make him wait and talk nice to him but not give in .

so hes tricky. call him nixon. just like old tricky dick.

Hey BIG, Was just thinking about your previous post!

Yep, I know that Mules are hybrids and cant reproduce and John mules with all their plumbing are still shootin blanks. They just get gelded to calm 'em down some. That dont mean they cant have fun:-laf. I was just having a laugh :-laf.

Critters all have different personalities! My little Molly was named "Judy";)!

She had a very interesting personality and She HATED Dogs!

My Neighbor had a Gelding Horse and a Gelding John Mule. Those two were like big freight wagons compared to Judy. They would plod along, side by side and Judy would take off and run circles around them. Run into peoples yards and peek into windows with the lead rope wrapped around her neck:-laf! She was a squirrel!

GregH

I kind of like that one!!! I liked Nixon if for no other reason under his term the top 5 percent in Basic Training got a stripe. Being in the Air Force it didn't take much to be the 5 percent. And then the same thing in tech school. Airmen 1st in less than a year. WOOOP DEEE DOOOO.

Thats true about being unable to reproduce the reason being is of chromosome count a donkey has 34 a horse 36 a mule has 35 the odd number renders them sterile and the gilding is because of allot of other medical problems. The mules dont mind the dogs but the cow kicks the crap out of them. They just dont get it the cow can kick in ALL DIRECTIONS

Before BIG went back into the mountains for the fish project he took time to read some of the names that you folks had offered. He asked why do they want to call him Nixon? was Nixon for the political party with the Mule as a mascot or the elephant? Was Nixon Republican or Democrat? He got the tricky part. I told him and his thought was why would you want to call a mule a Republican name then? This political crap(sorry) gets more and more absurd to me and gives me headaches.

We like the fact that at least someone in the midst of all the turmoil and hate in this world doesn't know and doesn't care and more importantly doesn't have to care about anything other than what he's going to name his mule. If you know Gail you know that he's owed that.

He likes to leave a picture for the site so if I can figure this out here you are

BOB it is!!!!!! the mule is a gold brick and a non worker. He's got a great temperament and will work but only enough to get by. When we were on trail he up and stopped!!!!! That wasn't going to happen so I tied him to Earl :-laf He tried to stop but Earl is a draft mule and BOB is a Morgan cross BIG DIFFERENCE IN SIZE. Earl won :-laf
