missing a few pieces and need some help

had the head off of my 90 and while at the machine shop i am missing the nipple for my fuel filter to screw on and a big plug in the side of the intake right under intake horn, so i am wondering what size plug i need and if i can just get a threaded nipple for fuel filter or if i have to get special part

The threaded stud for the filter is special..... The plug under the intake is 1/2" Pipe threads, and any pipe plug will work, as long as it's not aluminum. I suggest steel or brass..... It should be 1/2" pipe, that's what's in all mine.....



PM your engine number and I can get you the Cummins part number for the filter stud, if you want. I don't have any spare ones for that head.

If you are missing the nipple you might also be missing the fuel heater also. The threaded nipple holds on the heater. Order the nipple from cummins.
