Well I don't have that hitch, but I've toured the plant in Chanute Kansas when I had my bed installed and from what I saw, you can bet the quality is there, and is worth it. But it uses a rail system above the bed.
RVTRKN, How do you like your B&W? I take it is the Companion? How long have you had it? They seem to be well built and look better built than the Curt hitch.
It is a Heavy Duty setup and is under rated at 18K. The base is slightly different then the base for pickup beds, because of the B&W flat bed I have. It has very little free travel, if at all. I was considering an air ride pin box, but it seems like part of the truck. And my truck being a manual can really have a heavy jerking feel to it, as was with my 2500 and a RBW lil Rocker fifth wheel. So I chose not to go through the expense of an air ride pin box. You will not regret the extra cost, but there are cheaper hitches that will get the job done, after using mine, I wouldn't consider any other brand. On edit, its a 5 year old Companion hitch.RVTRKN, How do you like your B&W? I take it is the Companion? How long have you had it? They seem to be well built and look better built than the Curt hitch.
Dan, I have the Companion hitch also, it is a well built unit. I have seen the turn over ball hitch for second gens on craigslist occasionally for a fair price. Here is a Companion hitch
