This trailer does not belong to me but to an old friend I served in the Navy with many years ago. We have remained friends and visit with each other from time to time.
I know the trailer pretty well. I've been in it many times and he has had it here at my place on several occasions. He bought it new, has maintained it, and has added some useful upgrades. When the trailer was very young he had the factory replace the springs and axles with higher rated components. I think he replaced the OEM roof air with a larger 15k unit instead of the OEM 13k. He replaced the standard steel wheels with eight lug aluminum wheels and Michelin XPS Rib 10 ply tires. Also added a Demco Glide-Ride king pin assembly. A year or two ago he had a new washer and dryer installed. Its a nice trailer in excellent shape.
The owner is getting old and has decided to give up the large fifthwheel for a smaller Airstream conventional travel trailer. This fifthwheel will make someone a good trailer at an affordable price. Everything works perfectly and the buyer will need only to hook up and take it on a trip.
The trailer is located outside Shell Knob, MO which is in southwest MO on beautiful Table Rock Lake.

On edit: I forgot to mention - the trailer was built by Monaco Corporation, maker of Holiday Rambler and high dollar motor homes. I think the McKenzie was a slightly cheaper version of the Holiday Rambler but sharing assembly line and many of the same components.
Monaco got caught with a hundred or more big, high dollar motor homes finished and in inventory waiting for dealer orders when the economy was flushed down the toilet beginning in late 2006. They couldn't survive it and closed.
