Howdy all,

Looking for a good shop in southern Idaho or eatern washington, need to get the adjustable track bar , borg box and new pump installed as well as track down an oil leak up forward- vac pump maybe? more of a spring time thing after this deployment. Any ideas? Thanks

Howdy Bob,
finances have said just replacement of the steering box maybe one of DJ's steering braces http://www.dodgeoffroad.com/store_DORbrace2g.php and the oil leak. Since I replaced all the stock steering linkage, I figure to change the track bar and stuff when it gets ready for replacement again or extra money falls from the sky. I. m thinking somewhere around Pocatello or Twin Falls/ Burley area. Any leads?

How about Pocatello area? Need to get the steering box replaced and the cruise control sorted out, maybe even get the Kore leveling kit installed and get the front end aligned.

I don't know about DJ steering brace, but it seems to tie the pivot point of the gear box to frame just as a DSS.

My experience was attaching the DSS and finding the bad track bar.

Not sure why you want to replace the steering box.

I'm upgrading to the new borgeson box for better steering, I'm thinking about maybe adding the brace later on, the DSS, would have to be modified to fit the new box anyway wouldn't it? Might still end up with adjustable control arms. is your truck leveled? The folks at KORE sy the lift hieght gained with the leveling kit does not require changing the control arms, So I reckon we'll see

My truck is has stock suspension without the towing package.

Borgeson box will not change the steering. Basically the box is twisting the frame, thus you need the DSS.
