I have been tirelessly searching for pics/info for someone installing a York 210 compressor for onboard air. I haven't had much luck finding anything. I have called Kilby Enterprises several times (no answer) and sent E-mails with no response. I would rather purchase the bracket kit from them but it looks like they don't really feel the need to respond. I would consider myself somewhat handy with welding/fabrication, just looking for some pointers, pics, or any other help I can get from the board before I start trying to build the brackes. Thanks in advance for your help!!

I built a system (patterned off of pictures from Kilby's website) for my old 2001 and did my own design for my 2011 (used a 209SC). So it can be done with some thinking of you're handy at fabracating.

Thanks for the info. Do you have any pictures? If so, email them to me at -- email address removed --. I wish I had the means to just take the truck apart and really look at it but the truck is my daily driver. To hear of it being done is encouraging. Thanks.

Be aware that the already busy engine compartment will get harder to work on and add expense everytime you pay to have any work performed where it interferes.

Must be the new TDR software, works on my PC. Type in "on board air" any date and newer in the search forum. This is what comes up.

I'm sure I'll get in trouble for posting this link but this is a great tech write up - check it out
http://www.cumminsforum.com/forum/3rd-gen-non-powertrain/463064-york-oba-edc-install.html
No trouble, it's a good write up. I've posted lots of stuff on TDR from CF, I've posted quite a bit on CF myself.

The other forums just entertain so much nonsense and vulgarity along with info, that I do not frequent them often. If you are able to navigate TDR's search forum, there is mucho info available for on board air.

By the way, Welcome to the forum! Jess

Thanks Jess!! Honestly, I don't frequent forums all that often unless I'm looking for info (selfish). I bought my 2005 brand new and have enjoyed every day of owning it. It has yet to let me down and despite what everyone says, like "cummins is a great motor, the problem is that it's in a Dodge truck", I have been very lucky. I will do my best to give back what I can by documenting and posting my install.

One thing I have learned - every time I do a mod it comes back to bite me later. The Kilby comp mounting bracket interferes with some after market exhaust manifolds for example. Shad

And that's just page 1...

What we see when you post the link is just the open search box, the results you see are obtained only for your user name because it's your search.

You would have to open each result, copy the link from the browser bar and then post the link for us to go directly in. Then repeat, result by result.

Did I explain that well??

Another method would be to screen shot the search criteria entered just before you hit the search button and attach that shot as a jpg image.

What we see when we hit your link... .
