There are a couple of giggly "girls" that I see quite often at the macdonalds I go to every morning. I'm pretty sure they are "boys", but wouldn't bet my life on it. I think san franciso may be moving north. :{

... ... what would attract bears, cats, AND deer/elk?!?! Normally, an elk or deer wouldn't get near that tree looking at how marked up it was. And a pair of cats coming in to it?!?! I'm curious as to what the heck that is?!?! And deer or elk I know of would have scrammed after coming across a bear or cat scent like that... ...

..... and for the singin', keep it up, a few more beers and it'll sound good!!!

Its not hard to go to sleep, Getting up before daylight getting back after dark walking in the mountains. A few days of that sitting on a hill, its relaxing and sleep is not hard to come by.

How some people around here are dealing with the deer explosion happening now.

I try to keep my distance from everything wild, mainly cause it kills THEM, human contact is not a good thing for a wild animal. Bears get use to digging in trash cans at the local campgrounds, eat from coolers left out, food on the tables left out all means Smokey is going to get the firing squad, tagged 3 times and that's it for Smokey. Its that people that need to be trained, even the squirrels are bad news at times they have fleas and ticks that can make animals and humans sick as hell, and they can raise hell with your house trying to nest around it. Raccoon's are shot on sight at our place rabies are transmitted our dogs bark at them they dig in the garden then the wife gets mad at me!!!! Just to much of a PITA to deal with them.

All great points. I didn't know about the 3 strike rule on bears. Just ask Steve Irwin about getting too close.
