Well the Killer B is installed, what a pita but it IS a direct fit!
It seems to be much quicker that stock , can't wait to turn up the bully dog after break in! the stock exhaust and air box has got to go, sounds like a tornado under the hood. I have the bully dog set on tow and just touching the gas gets the truck to 60 plus in a heartbeat. so far so good.
As for BD they took care of the deal, paid the same for the killer b as I paid for the super b.
any ideas what I need to add first to get the best performance out of the Killer B?
Thanks
Kyle

If your saying it's too loud with the stock intake, an aftermarket intake will make it worse.

Do you have the larger 4" OEM air filter?

A 4" TBE would be a good idea.

I got the biggest air filter I can get in the oem box, I think its 4 inches thick. Trying to get a new 5 inch exhaust or cut off muffler, anyone know the size of the oem exhaust tubing?
Thanks
Kyle

Early 04s are 3. 5 downpipe with a 4" exhaust.

A 5" is a lot more exhaust than you need, and will drone a lot easier when towing. A true 4" exhaust, with a 4" elbow from a 04. 5-07 is plenty of flow.

As long as the air filter is the OEM one I would stick with that.

A 5" DP has the potential of messing with spool and low end power, you really don't need it for flow. Far better off investing in a 4" plus DP wrap, turbo boot, and manifold blanket. If you want the sound a DPF back 5" exhaust would be a good choice.
