I need either the truck vin or engine serial number to do this correctly. If you prefer not to post it on here please e-mail it to me.

If that info is not readily available to you I can figure it out. The Cummins guy really can't risk it without having the serial number.

Walleye;

The numbers the guy is asking for is located on the gear case housing, left side front of the engine, in front of the injection pump. He is looking for the family of engines yours belongs to, to be sure he has the right part number.

Hopefully yours has not been changed due to the KDP problem.

Water Pump Part Number is 3286278

I Think The Hose That You Want Goes To The transmission Cooler. The Part Number For The 90 Degree Elbow is 3957649.

First Picture is Of The Heater Feed Line, Second Picture Is The transmission Cooler Lines. The Rubber Elbows Are #6 In The Second Picture.

I would get the t-Stat from Cummins, some things like the tensioner and water pump you can easily get from a local auto parts place. I got both for my '96 from Auto Zone and both have lasted over 100k miles. The belt tensioner is is the same as on some Buicks.
