Hi. I have an airdog raptor 100 pump on the frame, was on the truck when I bought it. Just got in and was checking under the truck to see how much crud I had kicked up under it this week and noticed fuel seeping down from the pump. I tightened all 4 allen screws about a quarter turn that are on the bottom, and the inlet/outlet 1" fittings. They are the quick connect fittings, not sure I care much for them. Is there an o-ring in them I guess? It looks like fuel is coming out from where the pump is attached to the frame. I know this cant be, its gotta be a fitting issue. I am not going to tear into it tonight, just wanted to see if anybody running a raptor pump has had this issue. Thanks

I actually think I still have some fittings that came with that pump when I bought it, if you happen to need them I will look for them

When I was running a Raptor it developed a leak internally. Was (slowly) dripping fuel through the rubber grommet of the electrical plug. Was fine once I got it running but once it sat for more than a few hours would develop a hard start issue. They sent me a new pump no questions asked. I didn't even have to return the old one so now I've got extra parts. One thing I can say about them is theyre customer service seems to be good.

That's good to know. I haven't checked it lately,I hope it's ok,drove it down to Newport News va and I'll be here all wk,hope I don't have problems, fires up great,wAs 28 degrees this morning
