The wait to start light isn't coming on at all and no fuel pump running with bumping the key but I have 14 psi at the filter outlet port ?
Thanks Shaun forgot to say its still doing post best cycles and they stop after just couple min

Occasionally the bump start does not work. Experienced this on multiple trucks. Usually have to turn off for a minute then try again. I've got nothin' on the WTS light not coming on. The only thing that comes to mind for your symptoms is either your ignition is not completely shutting off (trickle power), electrical short somewhere or stuck relay that makes the ECM think the ignition is still on, or ECM is on it's way out.

As for the pump not running, but you are getting 14psi - either your gauge (if electrical) is getting electrical backfeed from somewhere, or your pump is running.

Thanks for all yer help I guess I will maybe clean battery connections really good and see what happens it seems to be working fine now the fuel gauge is mechanical

No wts lamp turned out to be ECM on my farriers truck. If that light doesn't come on his truck won't start no matter what, roll key and retry. We have yet to drop a g to fix this small problem with replacement ECM

Try turning the key on and then waiting anywhere from 10 to 20 seconds and see if the Wait to start light illuminates. What you're describing is pretty much how both of my ECM's have failed.
