Having alot of trouble starting the truck Cold, it fires & dies right away for 3 or 4 times before it stays running, cycle the grid twice each time. codes are PO602 & PO380 602 stayed off after clearing it, but 380 stayed any help on how to fix this Thanks

When it's warm does it start the first time? 380 is a fault in the grid heater relay. There are 2 mounted on the driverside fender well, check all the wiring for corrosion/loose wires, if everything looks good you will have to break out the multimeter and check for voltage at each relay.

Yes when it is warm or pluged-in no problem, only after sitting all day at work in 20 or less temps. it does this, it used to start first time after 2 cycles. now the temps. are getting -0 here in Mi.

Sounds like you have 2 issues.

First, the grid heaters, check to see that both of them are plugged in. I've only seen the code when one of the two smaller wires comes disconnected. If they are, then continue with the usual tests (search the forum for that, several recently).

The second issue sounds like you may have a minor fuel leak that is letting air get into the system. The only time a Cummins dies like that with no codes is a lack of fuel, maybe a flaky shutdown relay, or part of that electrical circuit.

That P0602 code is something to worry about though.
