I can vouch for this!!!! My first fuel filter change on my '13 RAM 3500 was a nightmare, and required a short section of pipe slid over my 1/2" drive ratchet to break it free. Today I changed both fuel filters on the '14, and it was no different. The cap was as tight, if not tighter, than the '13. It's amazing how the installation instructions preach coating the o-ring with engine oil......apparently that step is never followed with the under hood fuel filter and the engine oil filter!!!!!It will be TIGHT! It took a breaker bar and slow steady pressure to get it to break the seal, but once it does, it moves real easy.
