What 5th wheels are you pulling with 2013/14 Ram 3500's

I know this is hit on here or there about the truck heights but I am having trouble finding alot of specifics so thought I would just ask. I have a 2014 3500 4x4 DRW and am wanting to hook a 5th wheel camper to it. The bed rail height is almost certainly going to be a problem to get the needed clearance while not putting the 5ver nose up too high so I am wondering what others are pulling and what (if anything) was needed to adjust for the height of the 2014 Ram 3500. Specifics are appreciated (year/make/model of trailer and pictures if you have any handy). I'm planning on the B&W Turnover ball and the companion RVK3500 for my kingpin attachment.

I have a '13 3500 4x4 drw, a b&w companion, the newer one that is slightly taller but not the newest one that fits in the factory mount, mine uses the gooseneck anchor and a 36' Jayco Premier 321. With the b&w set in the lowest position and the Jayco's Morryde set in the highest position, (shortest possible truck bed to trailer settings) my trailer is perfectly level. I have about 6" from bed rail to trailer. The kingpin weight of the trailer also settles the rear of the truck enough that it sits level.

I also have a 43' Voltage toy hauler (for sale) and it sits perfectly level on the truck too.

Edit. The jayco is a 2015 and the springs are set in the lowest ride height position. The Voltage is a 2013.

I have a close up showing my truck to trailer clearance in another thread on here so I'm guessing that's why it won't let me upload it again. I believe the thread is titled 5th wheel to truck bed clearance or something similar.

I know you said 13/14 but my 11 HO Longhorn Dually 4X4 is the same as far as the rear suspension. I have the B&W hitch and tow a 36SB3 Mobile Suites and have 6" clearance the truck sits level with 4,500# pin weight but the RV sits about 2" nose high. It has not been an issue tho. My tires are GY H with plenty of load capacity. Most newer RV's will be fine with the newer RAM's

Thanks. Sharp looking rig. Looks perfectly level as you say. Maybe all hope isn't lost.

Awesome. Thanks for the response. That sounds like a whole bunch of trailer for that much pin weight.

I am pulling a 37' 6" HitchHiker with about 7" inches of clearance above the tonneau cover frame. On the '08 3500 it sat level, on the '13 I am 1" nose high. I think on the '08 I had 1" more clearance, however I can raise the MorRyde IS one more hole, not sure how much that would give me, guessing it would be about 1".

Here's the 2014 Mobile Suites 38RSSA we're towing with our 2011 3500 2 wheel drive. This 5th wheel was ordered by the dealer with an additional 2" rectangular box section added between the frame and the MorRyde independent suspension to address the high bed rail problem with the newer 4 wheel drive trucks. You could just about throw an ice cooler between the 5th wheel overhang and bed rails on our truck when we picked it up. I've since dropped the 5th wheel hitch to its lowest setting.

My 2014 DRW allows the same clearance with my 36 foot HitchHiker that I had with my 2005 3500 SRW. The '13-'14 DRW still has the smaller wheels so it doesn't have the clearance problems that you have with the taller '13-'14 SRW. My fiver is listed in my signature.
