Tow/haul turning off on its own?

Three times yesterday when hitting those nasty bumps in the road that give you a good shock I looked down and notice that the tow haul had turned off on its own?!?! Anyone else noticed this before?

Sounds like a bad Tow/Haul switch that makes or breaks contact when you hit a bump. I've hit a lot of bad bumps in Tow/Haul and it never turned off.

No, it actually turns off while I'm at hi way speeds.
