Can anyone tell me what the low and high pressure values are when charging the system..and what the total amount of freon is used for a complete charge.. thanks alot

Should be able to find that info on a decal under the the hood.
I think it's 4 cans.
The low side should be around 30-40 psi.
The high side should be 3-4 times of the low side.
They depends of the ambient temp.

R-134A amount for 06 with Cummins engine is 30 ounces.

HAVE TO charge by weight only. Be sure to replace the liquid line with the orifice and the accumulator dryer along with the compressor.

If there is still refrigerant in the system and you only need to bring it back up to full charge then no, it is not necessary to change the components. If it has leaked down completely and opened up to replace something then that is a different story. It's always a good idea to change the accumulator and orifice when a system has run for a long time and is being repaired. I haven't done much repairs on automotive ACs since R-134 but with F-12 the dessecant bag in the drier or accumulator will break down over a long period of use and the powdered dissicant will start circulating with the freon and restricting flow in places like in the orifice. bg

Just looked under the hood, it's 1lb and 14 oz (30 oz).
So it is NOT four cans.
It's two and a half can of R134a, a little bit less than three can if you don't have a weight to do the charge.

Yes I would change the orifice and drier assembly when I change my compressor.

Pressures on the HIGH and LOW sides will vary depending on ambient temperature. I charge by the output temperature at the center vent. Do not over-charge. You are better off under charged than over charged.

make sure you add oil to the system if replacing the compressor. When I purchased my replacement compressor (Napa Auto Parts) It came with a new compressor, oil, freon, orifice line, and dryer.

Here is the service manual numbers on pressure.
Air Temp 70F
Center Panel Outlet 45F
Low Side 20 to 30 psi
high side 150 to 250 psi

Air Temp 80F
Center Panel Outlet 45F
Low Side 25 to 35 psi
high side 200 to 300 psi

Basically Low side pressure changes 5 psi and high side changes 10 psi for each 10F change in air temp.
