Happy New Year!

Searched this forum with a bunch of different key words with no luck on results.

05 3500 48RE. 140K miles. Recently installed a MBRP 4" turbo back. The transmission seems to shift better now. I will use the term "more positive". It used to hunt a bit when shifting into OD with light go-pedal input. Now that's gone. Is there a potential connection between the exhaust flow and what the ECM may be reading for affecting shift points?

I had the TVSS module replace about a year ago. Transmission serviced from end-to-end when I had that done.

I'm not concerned...actually happy with the shifting and the sound...mostly curious! :)

Interesting, I wouldn't expect any backpressure change under normal driving going from 4" to 4" exhaust.. especially since the stock turbo is the restriction point on your truck.

I wonder if you are adding more pedal to hear the sound and not realizing it??
