my truck came with 235 80 r 17 tires, will 245 80 r 17 fit without any problems on dually spacing ?

I run LT245/75R17's when I replace the OE tires, closer to the actual dimensions of the OE tires.

LT245/80R17's don't exist. You could always try some LT245/75R17's though....
