Thanks for the diagram Mike, For sure I'll need 3914353 (bushings)
I wont know about item 17 (3929856) until disassembly; I may need it)

Also thanks to GAmes for the Quickserve Cummins link.
Jim

Pick your items and I will check stock at the Cummins Parts Distribution Center. That way you can go to your preferred Cummins dealer and place your order knowing that the parts are only a few days away.

Mike.

If you get Quickserve fired up and need navigation assistance raise your hand. There are several of us on here that use it every day and will assist if you are having trouble finding something.

Thanks Mike and GAmes,
I just registered on Quickserve.
I'm waiting for the registration to complete.
I'm sure it will be most helpful.

Thanks, my Quickserve registration completed and I just went to the site and found the throttle diagram right quick.

Just to let folks know I ordered and replaced the bushings. It fixed the issue. I did find the there is also a little wear on the key shaft as suggested. For to time being, I slotted out the TPS sensor bracket just a bit to give me the extra adjustment I needed to bring the TPS reading up to 1 volt. Down the line I will need to replace that shaft assembly.
Thanks all for the help!
